- Long-term rental of STANDARD and PREMIUM single and double rooms (contracts for minimum 5 months).
- A rent will correspond to market prices for a place in a single or double room (all inclusive).
- The rent will include the cost of power, heating, wi-fi, disposal of rubbish, cleaning of common parts, 24h security monitoring.
